This Shipping Policy applies to all lighting products purchased directly from LUMPAZ through our official website.
Delivery Coverage
LUMPAZ currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Middle East, Russia, and most European countries.
Additional shipping fees may apply to remote or special locations (such as Iceland). Any applicable shipping charges will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
At present, we do not offer shipping to Ukraine. Thank you for your understanding.
Global Fulfillment Network
To provide dependable and timely delivery, LUMPAZ works with an international logistics network supported by warehouses and fulfillment partners in multiple regions.
Depending on inventory availability and logistics efficiency, orders may be dispatched from warehouses located in the United States, Europe, or Asia.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, peak seasons, or local carrier delays.
- Order Preparation: Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Custom-made or made-to-order products may require additional production time. Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
- Shipping Carriers: Free Standard Shipping is available. We partner with international carriers such as DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS, or local postal services based on destination and logistics efficiency.
- Multiple Shipments: Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different warehouses to optimize delivery speed. Separate tracking numbers will be provided when applicable.
Shipping Fees
LUMPAZ provides Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders. For standard delivery, shipping costs are covered by the seller and no additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.
Expedited shipping is available for customers who require faster delivery. Expedited shipping charges are not included in free shipping and must be paid by the buyer.
Expedited shipping fees depend on destination, package size, and carrier availability. Exact costs will be shown at checkout or confirmed prior to order processing.
Please note that expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, as they are paid directly to the courier.
Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking number(s). Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier’s system to update tracking information.
Address Changes & Customer Responsibility
Due to efficient order processing, LUMPAZ maintains the following address change policy:
- Within 2 Days of Purchase: Address modification requests may be submitted free of charge within 2 calendar days of placing the order.
- After 2 Days: Address changes cannot be guaranteed. If the package has already been handed over to the carrier, any rerouting or redelivery fees will be the customer’s responsibility. If unpaid and the parcel is returned, related expenses may be deducted from the refund.
Express Shipping Options
For urgent needs, express shipping via DHL or UPS Express is available with an estimated delivery time of 6–10 business days. Please contact us for a quotation before placing your order.
Express shipping fees are non-refundable once shipment has occurred.
Delivery Issues & Protection
- Transit Damage: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer replacement parts, a full replacement, or a refund depending on the situation.
- Lost or Missing Packages: If tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, a carrier investigation must be initiated within 7 days. If confirmed lost (excluding theft after confirmed delivery), we will reship the order at no additional cost.
- Undeliverable Shipments: If a package is returned due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, you may choose reshipment (with applicable fees) or receive a refund after return processing.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes & VAT
United States
For Standard Shipping, import duties and related charges are generally prepaid by LUMPAZ, allowing delivery without additional fees.
If Express Shipping is selected, U.S. customs authorities may assess additional duties or import charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
International Orders
For Standard Shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and most European Union countries, import duties and VAT are typically covered by LUMPAZ.
For express delivery methods, additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees may apply and will be the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Limitations
Currently, we do not ship to all African countries, all South American countries, or certain regions including Afghanistan, India, Iraq, and selected island territories.
These restrictions are based on carrier availability, logistical limitations, or local import regulations.
