LUMPAZ offers a 30-day return window. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your item is delivered.
To qualify for a return, items must:

- Remain in original condition with all original packaging

Return Categories & Shipping Responsibility
Return requests generally fall into the following categories:

In these situations, LUMPAZ will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a free replacement or a full refund.
